Bragging..

Ok. So I just have to brag on my amazing husband for a few moments. Now I knew that he was going to be a great dad, there wasn't a doubt in my mind. I knew he would love Landon immensely and was ready for him to be here, but he has blown me away! Ever since the end of pregnancy when I was having bad contractions and was miserable he was so attentive and just began taking on so many responsibilities around the house and in our lives. Then once I was in labor he cleaned up amniotic fluid (SOOO gross i know!) as it spilled every time I moved, he rubbed my back and feet, played with my hair, made sure I didn't fall off the birthing ball and everything else you can imagine. The nurses kept commenting on how awesome he was and how much easier he was making their jobs as this was the busiest laboring day they'd had since the floor opened. All day I was just falling more and more in love with him...but once Landon arrived...WOW! Landon was instantly calmed by the sight and sounds of his dad after having a very upsetting arrival. The nurses again commented on how great he was and how they couldn't believe how effective he was. :) Ever since then he has just become more and more wonderful. Reading, singing, and praying over Landon (talk about sexy!!) and taking care of me. He has just done it all. He even played a huge part in helping us get the "latch" down for this breastfeeding stuff. I am blown away by the love and adoration he has for our little boy and he has just melted my heart all over again. I'm so incredibly blessed and cannot imagine life without my best friend. Thanks for being so wonderful baby! I love you!
