4 months old!

Landon is 4 months old today! What a big boy!! I know this sounds dumb, but I am just so proud of him! He's getting bigger and smarter and more full of personality every day. I fall more and more in love with him all the time :) This is our last month together before I go back to work and I'm going to LOVE every single second of it. I love being Landon's momma. There's nothing in the world as important as this little man of mine. Here are some things that Landon's been doing this month:

*He turns around on his mat (this is hard to describe) - when we lay him on his mat we will often come back to him with his head where his feet were and his feet where his head had been.

* He scoots sideways off his mat

* He kicks the bar off of the top of his mat until it pops off (looking on this, it may be time to retire the mat haha)

* He sits and plays in his bouncy exersaucer

* He notices other people, babies, and animals now and enjoys watching them

* He eats cereal TWICE a day now. What a good eater. He LOVES the stuff!

* He takes supervised naps on his belly (they still make me nervous even though he can roll over both ways)

* He sits up SO well in his bumbo and practices lots with us

* He likes to "stand" on our bellies, counters and anything else he can get on

* He loves swimming and bath time and is beginning to figure out the splashing thing

* Landon talks up a storm and laughs all the time

* We survived his first sickness!! He just had a cold, but it wasn't fun!

* He sleeps about 11 hours of sleep a night with one feeding mixed in there somewhere

* He's finally taking 2 naps a day (about an hour a piece) in his crib BY HIMSELF! :) This is a big accomplishment for us!! :)

* He's discovered toys and loves them! He loves to hold them, suck of them, and watch them.

* He loves to sit like a big boy and watch tv






We go to the doctor in a week after we get back from the beach and then we will have new weight and measurements. :)
