Ellie 13&14 Months

My big big baby girl is seeming more and more like a toddler than a baby lately! :( It's actually been hard for me! She's so precious and sweet and fun and wild. We are so thankful to be your parents Ellie Bellie!

New things- you're working on molars right now. I feel bad for you! You're in 18&24 mos clothing now and size 5 diapers. You are so so big!!You started walking right before you turned 14 months. By far our latest walker. I was glad you stayed "babyish" for a bit longer for my sake ;) You started raising your hand! It's hilarious. Dad walked into the dining room one morning and said, who wants some eggs? You raised your hands and started whining/babbling. The entire family cracked up. You are so entertaining and full of fun! The kids love to ask you to say momma and bust up laughing when you say dadda instead! She started climbing the stairs. All the way to the top. We have a baby gate, but the kids open it and don't close it again! She's very careful and very quick and gets right up to the top and claps for herself!!!! We also can make a little waterfall thing on top of her head with her hair now! YAY!

Health - these last few months have been so much healthier and I'm so glad! I don't think you've had one illness since August! You have a repeat MRI in December to talk about your pocket of fluid that had formed because of your cord being tethered. I can already see visibly that it's going down if not gone! This is great news because the neurosurgeon said this is the best indicator of if we had fixed the problem or not!! So I'm anticipating good news.

Schedule -
7 - wake up time and a 6oz bottle (your often up at 630)
915- down for naps with a bottle
10 - I wake you up and give you a snack b/c you're grumpy
1130 - Preschool pickup
12 - lunch
1230 - down for nap with a bottle
245 - I wake you and we go to pickup Landon
330 - snack
530- dinner
630/7- down for bedtime with a bottle

Growth - Ellie! You are the cutest chubby chunk of a baby. I LOVE your thighs and cheeks. I want to chew on them regularly. You are around 23 lbs now!! What a big girl. We just pulled out 18 mos clothing and now it's looking like it won't be here for long. I'm guessing 24 mos will be coming in soon.

Likes - she loves bounce-dancing and clapping to music, brushing her hair and teeth, her family, her milk, being tickled, eating, waving, bathtime (she comes RUNNING when she hears the water), animals, interactive toys, the dogs, being worn.

Dislikes - Ellie still does not love her carseat (that should be really fun with two big trips coming up), being alone and/or confined, and still eating things that are different than what the rest of the family is eating. She's sure she's missing out!

My sweetest Ellie Bellie. You're so funny and sweet and fun! We call you Eleanor when you're into naughty stuff and it cracks us all up. I've said it 100 times but I definitely still believe it, you're the perfect last bio baby in our family. You're just so great and fun and sweet and princess-like!!
