11 month old baby girl

The official baby of our family is now 11 months old! How did this happen so quickly? I do not know. It's just seemingly flown by right before my eyes. We all just adore this sweet little thing and all rejoice over her new and fun things each week. She's the whole family's "Bebe" and this year has just been so very precious to me!

New things - lots of new this month! You started cruising on furniture, pointing, clapping, saying and signing all done, saying mama (finally!!!!!), climbing up the stairs and getting into the cupboards and dog dishes. AND two new teeth up on top! That makes four total.

Health - you've been just perfect as far as no sickness! I'm so relieved that the ear tubes worked and you've just done so wonderfully since! The bummer this past month was me finding a bulge at the bottom of your spine. Your pediatrician sent us to have an MRI done earlier this month to make sure that your cord was not tethered. The MRI showed a completely formed spine, so that means it is not tethered, but that you have inflammation and excess fluid in that little pocket. : / We have an appointment with a neurosurgeon later this month to see what he thinks about all of this.

Schedule -
7- wake and nurse and have breakfast 
930 - nap (go down with a bottle of goats milk now)
1015 - wake and meds
11- nurse
1130/12 - lunch
130 - nap
330 - up and nurse
4 -  snack
530 - dinner
6- baths
7 - nurse and in bed (you've been sleeping through most nights since some more teeth came through)

Growth - You are such a sweet chunky baby compared to your siblings! We love your thighs!!! You are in 12-18 and 18 month clothing, size four diapers and you need size four overnight diapers for bedtime or you leak through. I'm excited to see your stats at a year. I'm wondering it you'll still be the longest of all our babies at that appointment!

Likes - she likes music, her family/siblings, being tickled, nursing, eating in any form, baths or anything with water, being around people, waving at people she likes, kicking her legs excitedly , all of our animals, trying to climb the stairs or get into cupboards or do anything she's not supposed to be doing ;)

Dislikes -  carseat, being alone, waiting for food, being confined, not eating what we are eating,

My precious Ellie. You are SO our rainbow baby. You bring so much hope and light and fun to our family after such a sad and hard time. We adore you. Your giggles could make ANY heart soar and feel full again. It's insane to me how fierce my love is for each one of you kids over and over. As time goes on it just seems to grow even bigger just like you. I'm savoring this month with you littlest.
