Our sweet Ellie bellie turned four months! I have no idea how she got so big right before my eyes. She is still just the most precious thing ever but is getting bigger all the time and is not seeming so tiny anymore! :(
New things- You jumped in wake time a LOT this month. You rarely even get sleepy when nursing now unless it's past your bed/nap time. You are rolling on your side from your back. You are wiggling a LOT during diaper changes and nursing and when you play on your mat.
Health - Well, I bragged last month about how healthy you've been and BAM! We got hit with an eye/upper respiratory infection, then a reflux med increase, then bleeding from the antibiotic. You were off your antibiotic 2 days and then we all got hit by some other virus and you ended up with an ear infection :( So you are still on antibiotics right now, we started a probiotic and upped your Nexium. It's been a month of congestion and yuck and I've just felt awful for you!
Schedule - Her schedule is getting nailed down lately. I can feel the consistency coming. She's sleeping swaddled in the rock n play still.
745- meds, changed, and dressed for the day
815 - nurse and then play
9 - nap
1115 - wake and nurse
1245 - nap
230 - wake and nurse
430 - nap
530 - meds
6 - wake and nurse
7 - bath, jammies, nurse and in bed around 745
At least this last month she was still waking in the middle of the night once when healthy and more when not. I'm hoping to keep it down to one now that she's getting better. One is sweet and snuggly and no big deal, the second one starts to make mom exhausted.
Growth - she's still in size one diapers, she moved into 3-6 month clothing mostly. 0-3 pants still fit her best.
Likes - looking in the mirror, nursing, playing on her mat, watching her siblings, "talking" to us all, being outside. She's very watchful now so anything new or exciting to look at.
Dislikes - she doesn't want to snuggle nearly as much :( She wants to see and be a part of all the action now. She doesn't like being hungry or bottles. That's all I can even come up with! She's a very content little thing.
My precious baby. I love you so very much. I just soak up every moment with you. The way you smell and your snuggles and times you love to nurse. I'm so sad I can't keep you this age, but I love watching you grow into a little person. I love you forever and I look forward to all the memories and moments to come.
