10 Months

Delaney is 10 months. How is this possible? I cannot believe we have almost had our sweet girl for a year!

Some fun new stuff - Laney now has 6 teeth! I'm not sure but I believe the next two are on their way already! : / She is signing "all done" and is SO close to signing "more". Babies signing are just SO cute. I love that she can communicate a little even though she can't talk yet. She is now waving hi and bye and still saying hi, mama,dada,buba. She knows who Annie is and will look at her is I ask her "where did Annie go?". She is WALKING! Yes, she is currently taking 5-6 steps like 800 times a day. She just walks until she loses her balance. Then she crawls the rest of the way and next time she's standing (so like .5 seconds later) she'll just try to walk again. It's adorable and so fun! I just super wasn't ready for it! haha. But love watching her be so big. She's very proud of her self :)

Feeding - SUCH great news in this category. I'm just bursting with happiness and pride! Laney is successfully OFF her Prevacid! Woo hoo! She's still doing 1.4 mLs of Zantac twice a day. But we get to wean that to once a day this month if she continues to do well. She is still doing four bottles a day. But has lowered her milk intake a little bit. We've been told it's totally normal. I'm still just prone to worrying about everything and making sure she gets every oz that she's "supposed" to. But she's gaining well and has some good chunk on her and is eating TONS of real food now! Finally! I'm so happy that I'm not her only food source anymore! :) I'm actually even producing more than she's eating. What a weird thing for me! I'm sooo used to being an under producer.She's started eating some meat this month. Chicken and turkey and really likes them! She loves potatoes and bread and fruit and cheerios. She kinda likes everything except bananas, avocados, and things she's intolerant to. I'm just so proud of Laney! Eating real food, off her serious meds, not having feeding aversions. Just Great!!!! :)

Sleep - she's still a sleepy head. I think she was going through a growth spurt the last week or so and it made her exhausted. But right now her sleep schedule looks like
8 - wake
10 -nap
1130 - wake
145/2 - nap
430/5 - wake
730/8 - bedtime
We still can't get over how well she's doing with her sleep. After all those months of poor sleep! She's just such a little sweetheart!!!!

Disposition - Laneybug is till just a totally sweetheart. So easy-going and laid back. Just about the only times she gets the slightest bit cranky are when she's hungry, dirty, or her brother's sitting on her. Total girl ; ) BUT she's becoming more and more curious all the time! She's constantly trying to get into the bathroom, my pump, the computer, the remotes, cell phones, tv buttons, books on the bookshelf, etc :) She's just like her brother was around this age :)

Growth - Still a peanut. Probably always will be. :) She's long and lean. Maybe 18 or 19 lbs now? She's wearing 12 month jammies b/c she's so long. But all other clothes are 9-12 months.
