I'm feeling really good. I have occasional hip and back pain, but nothing that a warm bath and some ready can't cure :) I still get a little sick every now and then, but nothing to complain about!
I've gained 9 lbs so far. I cannot believe how much 9 feels like this time! I think it's just because I remember how hard it was to get the weight off last time. Maybe this time it'll be easier? haha.
I have been full-blown nesting. It's madness! Every corner of our house is organized and cleaned out. This doesn't mean everything's clean, just really organized. haha. We are still working on the rooms and how to decorate them and when to move Landon and whatnot. But it's been really fun and a big project that satisfies my nesting!
The VBAC journey is going well so far. I've been reading my face off, taking relaxing baths, walking, and working on our birth plan. I missed out on all of this the first time and the result was devastating. I really hope (and believe) that this time will be totally different! We love our midwife and are so excited to have her come down with us while we birth in Phx and to have her friend on call for us down there. We will be doing our VBAC class and hospital tour next month as we do further preparation and can't wait. Every step makes is feel a bit more real!
