7 months

Landon is seven months old!

He is becoming such a big boy. Often times I look at him and just wonder "how did we get here?! How can you do all of these things already?". The growth and development at this point is insane. I feel like every day he does something new that he never did before!

* He's saying Mama (this is his favorite and he says is all day long!) Dada, Baba, and babbles a ton!

* He's laughing more and screeching with delight!

* He can find his paci anywhere and pop it in his mouth with so much ease now!

* He throws his paci out of his crib now (not a favorite)

* He's an expert sitter and prefers it to any other position other than standing on us

* He's still sleeping 12 hr nights with 3 naps about 45 min-2hrs each.

* One white cap has come through on his gums but it has yet to pop all the way thru!

* He's nursing 5-6 times a day and eating THREE solid meals now. He loves his food. Right now he does 1 cube fruit w/ oatmeal for breakfast, 1 cube fruit or veggies for lunch, and 2-3 cubes veggies and mixed grains for dinner. What a big boy!

* He's in 6-9 mo clothing and has been for the last month. I *think* this may be the first size he grows out of early!

* He lunges on his belly and gets his legs going but can't seem to get everything going at the same time! Haha. As soon as he does, he will be mobile.

* He continues to love the dogs and squeals every time he sees them.

* He reaches now for both of us and has a fit when we leave the room!

* Yesterday he waved bye for the first time! He did it 4 times and it was so precious! He won't consistently do it on cue...but we are going to start working on it now. haha

Landon Reed, you are just the most precious boy I've ever met. You are silly, happy, strong-willed, and you know what you want! We cannot wait to see the wonderful boy/man that you will grow into over these next years. We are so honored to be your parents!
