Mexico

Well, we just got back from Mexico. It was HOT!!! I was, of course, being my nervous-nelly self all week and was concerned about the food, water, heat, etc.. But baby is fine. Making me as tired and nauseous as ever. :) I'm so thankful that we were able to have a safe trip and that God blessed us with such a wonderful time there. Lives were changed and many people (including myself) have gained a renewed strength in our relationships with the Lord. We also were able to tell Lindsey in person that she is going to be an Aunt! It was so nice to be able to do it in person, which we didn't know would be possible until this last week (if you didn't know, Matt's sister Lindsey lives in El Porveiner, Mexico working at an orphanage). We handed her a little photo card we made of some of the pics that are up here on our blog that said "We are Pregnant!" and then a card about how she's now the proud Auntie of a jelly bean (the card had a jelly bean in it that got smashed on the way to Mexico :( )) It was so fun!
So, we are ending this awesome week in a fabulous way! Tonite we get to tell Matt's parents and then tomorrow nite it's my whole family's turn! I cannot wait! :) We'll post pics of their reactions!
